**Job Overview**

This position requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer orders, invoices, and billing.
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly in the system.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are carefully handled and correctly packaged.
- Coordinate shipping, prepare labels, and track shipments.
- Update customers on the status of their orders, including tracking information, estimated delivery times, and any delays.
- Communicate with suppliers to order parts as needed, verifying part numbers and availability to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Calculate profit margins for each order by comparing costs and sales, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to summarize total sales, costs, and profits, offering insights into financial performance and trends.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and payroll operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on projects and orders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with human resources practices, including payroll processing and employee training development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in budgeting or financial management is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Powersports knowledge or interest in the industry is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
