**Position Overview**:
Hardy Sales is growing We’re looking for a dynamic, driven **Sales Representative** to join our team. Based out of our Langley office, this hybrid role blends in-office work with **weekly in-person store visits (3-4 times per week)** to existing customers throughout **Vancouver, Whistler, and the Sunshine Coast**. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and helping us exceed our growth targets.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Conduct **weekly store visits (3-4 per week)** with existing customers across Vancouver, Whistler, and the Sunshine Coast.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demos that highlight the Hardy Sales difference.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and hit regional targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with marketing to create impactful sales collateral and promotions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations throughout the region.
- Passion for building long-term client relationships and driving results.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
