**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Engage in outside sales activities including networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies.
- Comfortable with posting online videos
**Skills**
- Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
