**Join Our Team as a Part-Time Receptionist at Yoon Clinic**
Yoon Clinic, located in the Burnaby Metrotown area, offers Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Active Rehab, Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and Naturopathy services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **bilingual (English/Korean) part-time receptionist** to enhance our operations and provide an outstanding patient experience.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Korean (Mandarin is an asset).
- Minimum **2 years of post-secondary education**.
- At least **2 years of customer service experience**.
- At least **1 year of experience in an administrative, medical office, or receptionist role**.
- Experience in a **multidisciplinary clinic** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **JaneApp software** is an asset.
- Must be a **Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients while providing information about our services.
- Schedule appointments in-person and over the phone using our online booking system.
- Process payments, including insurance, ICBC, MSP, and extended health direct billing.
- Manage daily schedules and maintain clinic cleanliness.
- Assist clinicians and handle office administration.
- Track and manage medical inventory.
- Strong **time-management and problem-solving** skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with **excellent verbal and written communication** skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in **sales**.
**Work Schedule**:
- **Monday & Tuesday (2 days/week, 8-hour shifts per day).**:
**Salary**: Based on experience and skillset.
