If you have experience in handling claims for Registered Massage Therapist's clients and are familiar with the Jane app software, we want to hear from you

**Position: Part-Time Receptionist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing phone inquiries.
- Proficiently handle claims for Registered Massage Therapist's clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Utilize Jane app software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of claims processing for Registered Massage Therapists.
- Familiarity with Jane app software is a must.
