Our client, based in Langley, BC, is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join their expanding team and achieve their goal to be number one in customer service and operational excellence in their field.

As a passionate and energetic sales manager, you will be an individual contributor with a high drive to succeed and the ability to build strong professional relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team is achieving their growth objectives whilst ensuring customer retention and profitability.

Your greatest responsibility will be to set the strategy, creating 12-month and 3-year plans, to redefine the sales and business development processes, to set relevant KPIs and to develop and lead the sales team to achieve an annual revenue increase of at least 15%.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review sales growth plans of 15% per year and update progress monthly, and develop/improve and implement sales tools and metrics to measure progress of the sales team
- Contribute to the development of business strategy: prepare concepts, proposals, and plans on opportunities for sales growth and business development
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement: always look for ways to provide value and exceptional service for our clients.
- Develop and maintain fantastic professional relationships with clients, along with internal and external teams.
- Complete regular audits to ensure the sales team is on target and review these audits with your team monthly. Engage and work with the sales team to deliver exceptional product and service.
- Develop a Customer Service Team that will support the sales efforts and ensure Customer Satisfaction

**Experience required**:

- Demonstrable experience of leading and building a team with an understanding of individual and team goals
- Fantastic communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and effectively lead a team
- A flexible multi-tasker, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines and always maintain a high standard
- An autonomous problem solver with strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Experience adding value and moving a company to a better place to achieve their strategic goals
- Demonstrable experience focusing on customer and employee experience and achieving operational excellence.

**Location**:Flexible location, you will need to spend 1 week per month in Langley, and 1 week per month on the road in sales meeting.
