We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Please note this is an on-site role, Standard hours are 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday. Hardy Sales is a local, Family owned and operated wholesale food Distributions Company since 1982.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with various departments, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using CRM software. DistribuTECH experience an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Problem solving
- Critical thinking
- Proficient mathematical abilities
- Must have their own transportation

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
