**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Actively engage with potential customers through various channels to promote vehicle sales.
- Utilize outside sales techniques to identify and target new market opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when handling inquiries from prospective buyers.
- Negotiate terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving company objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance dealership performance.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in auto sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven track record of upselling products or services in a sales environment.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both customers and the dealership.
- A genuine passion for cars and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
