**Responsibilities of the job**:

- Working both independently and within a team environment with our client service team and accountants
- Review for quality, proof read and verify content before finalizing financial statements and other documentation
- Assist in bookkeeping and payroll duties and work with our accounting team on projects.

**Work experience, education and skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people and projects
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize multiple projects / tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Intermediate computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- High school, college or university education
- Previous office experience preferred but not required

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
