**Responsibilities**
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintaining organized files, both digital and physical, and managing databases.
- **Office Management**: Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and assisting with office operations.
- **General Administrative Support**: Typing, filing, photocopying, and other routine tasks.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Entering and maintaining data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software.
- **Meeting Support**: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
