We're looking for passionate, outgoing individuals to join our Bell Canada neighborhood marketing team as District Manager of Field Sales.

**Essential Skills**:

- Passionate about leading and developing strong sales teams.
- 1-2 years of experience mentoring remote sales teams.
- A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to work hard to get the job done.
- Fostering a culture of enthusiasm and continuous improvement.

**The Work, The Mission**:

- Mentoring a team of field sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighborhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
- Spend time in the field coaching sales representatives one on one and in group settings.
- Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
- Ensure field sales teams meet productivity, sales, and performance targets.
- Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
- Assist with reporting in assigned district.

**Le travail, la mission**:

- Encadrer une équipe de représentants commerciaux sur le terrain qui visitent les ménages dans les quartiers assignés au nom de Bell Canada afin d'atteindre le succès des ventes.
- Passez du temps sur le terrain à coacher des représentants commerciaux en tête-à-tête et en groupe.
- Contribuer à la gestion du personnel et aux efforts de recrutement pour maintenir les meilleurs talents.
- Veiller à ce que les équipes de vente sur le terrain atteignent les objectifs de productivité, de vente et de performance.
- Utiliser les données pour identifier les lacunes et les domaines à améliorer.
- Aider à l'établissement de rapports dans le district assigné.
