The Lead Administrative Assistant role has the primary responsibility to provide administrative and secretarial support to relieve Executive, and/or Senior Leaders of administrative duties. This role executes data analysis tasks and will work on analysing complex problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. This role coordinates activities between departments and outside stakeholders. The Lead Administrative Assist will be required to work on activities of a critical or confidential nature. This role acts as an informal team lead of junior resources within the team.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to relieve Executive, and/or Senior Leaders of administrative duties
- Executes complex data analysis tasks
- Acts as an informal team leader of junior resources within the team
- Provides assistance with organising and scheduling appointments/team meetings
- Coordinates activities between departments and outside stakeholders
- Works on activities of a critical or confidential nature
- Provides assistance by planning meetings and take/capture detailed minutes
- Provides assistance with ad hoc project requirements as and when required
- Provides assistance in the preparation of regularly scheduled analytics and reports
- Updates and maintains office policies and procedures
- Orders office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provides assistance by booking travel arrangements as and when required
- Submits and reconcile routine expense reports
- Provides general support to visitors
- Acts as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Plans office events as and when required
- Provides assistance with any other administrative-type task requests
**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
- Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of office equipment, such as printers etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on tasks of a critical/confidential nature
- Ability to support Executive/Senior Leaders
- Ability to manage administrative resources
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Required Experience**:
- Significant demonstrated administrative experience in a similar type of role
- Demonstrated people management experience
