Executive/Administrative Assistant
to join their team

The Role

As an Administrative/Executive Assistant, you will provide senior-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to play a meaningful part in supporting strategic and day-to-day business operations.

You Will

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing priorities, correspondence, and requests on behalf of executive leadership
  • Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, agendas, and other executive-level documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
  • Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic administrative coordination related to finance and operations
  • Liaise professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives as required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office and executive operations by anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively

You Have

  • 1+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role (ideally within professional services, engineering, consulting, or a related environment)
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document management systems is an asset
  • Willing to assist and participate in corporate social activities, during regular and non-regular working hours.
