**Position Summary**:The Executive Administrative Assistant facilitates

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides executive support to CEO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiar with QuickBooks software
- Maintains electronic filing systems
- Responds to and resolves to all administrative inquiries related to shareholders
- Prepares expense reports for CEO
- Performs other related administrative duties as assigned

**Competencies**:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following;
- **Communications** - Confidently expresses ideas, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Planning & Organization** - Integrates changes smoothly. Prioritizes and plans work activities. Sets goals and objectives. Uses time efficiently. Works in an organized manner.
- **Use of Technology** - Adapts to new technologies. Demonstrates strong Microsoft Office skills.

**Education/Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of experience in financial services or accounting.

**Computer Skills**:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
