At Rama First Nation owned Tim Horton's you will be eligible for exceptional benefits including an annual Performance Bonus, additional paid time off and health/dental benefits. Our Tim Horton's assistant managers w/ the manager are directly responsible for either the morning or afternoon shift, however are able to support both. This position is specifically for the afternoon to close of the store. Your role will be specifically dedicated to the the training and supervision all staff in the afternoon roles, but with an ability to support and oversee the morning shift as needed. As the team leader, you will work with the development and support of our team in the forefront of your workday and are expected to inspire and engage the team in a fast paced food service environment with a superior guest service as the shared goal. In addition, you will monitor systems to ensure employees have access to the tools needed for training and operational improvement to ensure the site not only meets, but exceeds Tim Horton's and Rama First Nation's shared standard of excellence in the workplace.
We are looking for People Leaders to support and grow our team
Pay: $20.50-$21.00 per hour
