Our company currently operates over 20 onsite physiotherapy clinics in most provinces in Canada as well as a virtual clinical counselling service. Our head office is located in Burnaby, BC.

**Position**

The Office Coordinator position is an integral part of the operations team, providing customer service to clients, internal staff, external stakeholders, and healthcare professionals. This position comprises a variety of tasks including administrative/ customer services duties, support of the physiotherapists and management team and some entry level human resources duties.

This position is initially offered at 20 hours a week with the possibility of increasing hours to full time hours in the future. Hours are within normal working hours with no evening or weekend hours. This position is located at the head office location in Burnaby, not within the physiotherapy clinics. Some flexibility to have a partial work from home schedule if this is preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the operations team in the set up of new clinics from an administrative perspective
- Assisting the physiotherapy team in the daily general operations of the physiotherapy clinics
- Answering phone calls, returning messages, customer service for patient care.
- Managing and uploading patient documents/reports to clinic management software
- Managing the healthcare professionals schedules using Jane.
- Managing administrative training manuals
- Responsible for hiring activities. Tasks include posting jobs, screening resumes, reference checks, initial interviews and scheduling final interviews.
- Ordering equipment, managing new vendors.
- Assisting the management team in day to day duties.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Positive employee relations skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
- Experience using Jane is considered an asset
- Experience with hiring or HR training is an asset

**Compensation**

WPC Health utilizes a pay for performance compensation philosophy. Compensation includes:
