Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc is hiring a full time Office Coordinator. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Coordinator will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support where needed.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Bi-weekly payroll submission
- Producing work orders
- Invoicing
- Managing inventory and stock levels for technician supplies and tools

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role/related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess the ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
- Knowledge of the construction industry and current development areas within the lower mainland is considered an asset

**Hours**: Full-time, 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Based on experience
