Office Administrator

Vancouver General Contractors is seeking an experienced Office Administrator with expertise in QuickBooks to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, and coordinating payroll with QuickBooks.
- Maintain office inventory and supplies, ensuring that office equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working order.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including budget reports and income statements.
- Communicate with vendors and clients, managing vendor invoices and payments.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks software.
