As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a results-driven **Sales Manager** who will help drive our market presence and continue to build strong relationships with our key retail clients across Canada.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective retail clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Identify new business opportunities and expand the sales of our seasonal products, stationery, kitchenware and toys. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our overall growth objectives.
- **Negotiations & Presentations**: Lead sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with national retail accounts. Work to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet both company and customer needs.
- **Market Insight & Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Use this information to adapt sales tactics and identify emerging opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise with clients.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and challenges. Use sales data and metrics to adjust strategies and meet targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: University degree or above.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a focus on B2B or retail sales. Experience in seasonal products, stationery, or related industries (e.g., gift wrap, toys) is highly preferred.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated experience in driving sales through relationship-building, successful negotiations, and exceeding sales targets. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
- **Team Player & Leader**: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and motivate internal stakeholders, including sales representatives.
- **Travel Requirements**: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, including to customer meetings and Asia-based offices/showrooms.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
