About the Role

Bluelime is seeking an experienced Land Services professional to support transmission, distribution and fibre projects. You’ll help manage right-of-way activities, landowner relations, and enterprise land data to keep capital sustainment and maintenance work moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Lead/execute the **acquisition and registration of rights-of-way and encroachment agreements**, including all work, materials, approvals and fees. 1016809 Land Services
- **Support capital transmission/distribution sustainment and maintenance projects**: develop landowner contact lists, facilitate notifications/mailings prior to execution, and **settle damage claims** (including direct landowner meetings). 1016809 Land Services
- **Participate as a project team member** at kickoff, progress, and close-out stages. 1016809 Land Services
- **Review, assess, and update enterprise landowner information** in systems such as **SAP RE80** (and related tools). 1016809 Land Services
- Ensure all land work is completed within **Bluelime’s enterprise processes/systems** and approved procedures. 1016809 Land Services
- Act as **Bluelime’s agent** in landowner relations to keep communications and settlements aligned with ongoing work. 1016809 Land Services
- Drive clear, timely communications within established structures while **improving methods and processes** where helpful; assist the Land Department as needed. 1016809 Land Services

What You’ll Bring
- **15+ years** in land administration, land acquisition, and/or encroachment resolution. 1016809 Land Services
- **5+ years** using **land management software**; **3+ years with SAP RE80** and **1+ year with GIS**. 1016809 Land Services
- Strong **Microsoft Office** skills. 1016809 Land Services
- **Valid driver’s licence** and access to a vehicle for occasional travel. 1016809 Land Services
- Ability to pass a **criminal record check** (no serious criminal or fraudulent convictions). 1016809 Land Services

Work Setup
- You may work remotely and/or from a Bluelime office as required to meet project needs; reliable availability during core business hours is expected. 1
