**OVERVIEW**

**CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or agricultural background a strong asset
- A valid Saskatchewan Commissioners for Oaths Appointment considered an asset
- A willingness to work in the field for extended periods of time; willingness to travel within Western Canada as required
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acquire subsurface and surface rights for a wide range of projects including but not limited to oil and gas, mining, utilities, telecommunications and government clientele
- Liaise with landowners, industry stakeholders, and client representatives
- Negotiate and complete damage assessments, rent reviews and temporary use agreements
- Keep informed on trends and items of interest relating to all aspects of land including but not limited to compensation, landowner concerns, and industry developments
- Draft professional land documentation and various forms of contracts
- Assure quality control of all documentation and deliverables
- Maintain information and tracking systems
- Execute site selection, negotiations and acquisitions for telecommunications clients
- Work with project managers, land administrators and clients as required

**LOCATION**
- This position will be based out of our Regina, Saskatchewan office.
