Responsibilities would include: - Prepare all vendor invoices for payment. Match each invoice to a packing slip and a purchase order/requisition including matching to receiving in our ERP system - Prepare invoices by attaching the packing slip and ensuring its been entered in the ERP system. Monitor purchase price variance account for any unusual variances and follow up to resolve. Analyze issues to determine root cause and suggest solutions for problems encountered - Report unusual variances - Will work closely with team members of our purchasing departments and receiving groups. - Ensure correct backup is attached to cheque/ACH/EFT. - Maintain vendor masters - Preferably has an Accounting Diploma or Degree - Has three or more years of Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive - Will have expert excel skills and be skilled in standard office software - Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
