Job Summary** The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and answering customer telephone enquiries associated with the Accounts Payable function. **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location. - Coding and processing of accounts payable invoices - General ledger expense account coding - Set up and maintenance of system accounts payable vendor information - Respond to incoming customer inquiries - Vendor payments via P-Card - Perform courier and mail activities as required - Month end accruals - Other relief duties as required **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** This job has no supervisory duties. **IV. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience - Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited) - Experience: 1 year of accounts payable experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required - Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping - Superb time management skills and detail orientation - Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information - Strong mathematical skills - Experience with accounting software and online platforms **V.
