Cambie Village Animal Hospital is a new Animal Hospital located in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist with exceptional communication skills. **Job description**
- We are a new clinic so helping with organization.
- Vet Assistant/Receptionist experience.
- A passion multitasking and fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills and proficiency using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to provide assistance to our Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians
- Amazing communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
- Strong organizational skills which allow you to stay focused, work independently and work effectively under pressure

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and clients must wear a mask at all times and we are practicing curbside medicine currently so work environment will be indoor and outdoor, with running prescriptions and food to clients in the parking lot

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
