We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Vancouver.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates a welcoming environment for patients and clients
- Answers incoming telephone calls
- Schedules, tracks, and follows-up on appointments
- Maintains practice software including client and patient record management
- Processes payments and maintains cash register
- Follows all SOPs to support smooth clinic operations
- Other duties may be assigned as required

**Qualifications**:

- Veterinary Office Assistant or Medical Office Assistant certificate preferred; new grads are welcome
- Basic computer skills are required
- Cornerstone experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
