**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

**Duties**
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage client information in our database.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory of supplies and laboratory materials.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Provide support during laboratory procedures as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using office software and managing electronic records.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing excellent care.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
