**VAC Developments** is a Canadian Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Company. We are currently seeking for energetic **Accounts Receivable** staff to join our accounting team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past due accounts
- Initiate communication with customers to resolve past-due account balances
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management
- Prepare Weekly Accounts Receivable Report

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXEPERIENCE**
- Accounting Diploma
- North American Credit/Collections/Accounts Receivable Experience in manufacturing
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant North American accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required, proficient in the Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
- working in manufactory company: 1 year (preferred)
