**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our innovative, fast-growing team. You will be responsible for supporting the daily Accounts Receivable operations and providing administrative support. You will be reporting to the Senior Accountant.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Prepare customer invoices in line with contract requirements

Respond to invoice-related inquiries from customers

Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information

Initiate collections calls to delinquent customers and follow-up on collections issues

Prepare reports and analysis pertaining to accounts receivable

Provide administrative assistance to accounting and operations teams

Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent is preferred. Experience in lieu considered an asset

A minimum of 1 year of related AR or billing experience is required

Experience with NetSuite a strong asset

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
