**We Are Looking For**: We're hiring multiple roles across the GTA. We're seeking passionate, experienced basketball coaches who are eager to contribute to our dynamic team. As a coach with UCan Basketball, you'll be more than just a trainer; you'll be a mentor, a role model, and a key player in our mission to inspire young athletes. Female coaches are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Show up on time and foster a positive environment.
- Evaluate and track the progress of athletes, providing constructive feedback.
- Commit to the safety and well-being of each player.
- Participate in team events, meetings, and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a basketball coach or a background as a professional or collegiate basketball player.
- Deep understanding of basketball techniques, training methods, and game strategies.
- Excellent English communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Weekends availability is a must and weekday nights availability preferred.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- NCCP certification preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
