Gutmann North America is looking for a dynamic inside sales coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team. Gutmann is a leading aluminum company specializing in aluminum extrusions, commercial and residential construction, with over 87 years of experience in aluminum projects around the world.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- As the Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to assist and support the Sales Team, which includes GNA Sales staff, Independent Sales Representatives (ISR) throughout the US and Canada, with all aspects of Client Management, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Trade Shows, Marketing Collateral, Social Media and Website content and development.
- Your duties will include preparing, maintaining, and communicating Sales Representative performance analytics by region, as well as supporting the individual needs of the entire team. You will also assist in supporting our clients with any sales or marketing materials and digital needs/requests.
- The position requires data management including sales information, project management and customer relations management (currently utilizing ClickUp Task and PM software). This includes the development of new workspaces and workflows as needed, in addition to maintaining existing Sales Boards, Marketing Boards and developing and managing marketing campaigns and analytics of such efforts. Experience with ClickUp is beneficial, but not required.
- You will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating all trade show exhibits, which includes scheduling resources, samples, exhibit materials, literature and coordinating shipments of such. In addition, you will be responsible for marketing campaigns, to include social media around each event, to encourage attendance. Once complete, you will collect and manage data from each show/campaign, follow up with attendees and measure the success of each individual campaign or event.

**Key Requirements**:

- To be considered for this position, you must have 1 to 3 years experience in a similar sales/marketing support role, ideally with CRM experience, Website and Social Media content. You must also have experience in a team-oriented support position.
- In terms of software expertise, you must have experience working with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, PM platforms such as ClickUp, and a willingness to learn.
- Personal traits are also important, and you must have an ownership mindset and thrive in taking on responsibility for your work. In addition to this, you should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and possess creative problem-solving skills.
