Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries; in accordance with controlled prices, discounts, terms and conditions and sales policies and procedures.
- Review customer purchase orders for correct pricing, discounts, terms and conditions, part numbers and prepare for order entry.
- Respond to all customer requests for sale order status, expedite emergency shipments.
- Prepare required or ensure the preparation of all required documentation.
- Document and forward to Inside Sales Supervisor all customer complaints.
- Assist other departments in resolving problems related to customer sales and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information.
- Proficiency in customer service principles to foster positive client relationships.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is a plus for understanding product specifications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Instrumentation program or equivalent education and experience is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications.

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
