Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for an opportunity to excel in the financial services industry? Manulife Wealth is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting high net worth families, conducting cold calls, and setting appointments. This position offers unlimited income potential for individuals who are motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect high net worth families through cold calling and other lead generation methods.
- Initiate meaningful conversations to identify client needs and qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for further discussion and presentation of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
- Previous experience in wealth management or financial planning is an asset.

Pay: $34,604.75-$72,317.12 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
