As our Front of House Coordinator, you’ll set the tone for every guest’s experience, providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa. Your role will be integral in fostering a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 5 years in customer service, with at least 2 years in front of house, guest services, or reception.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
- A positive, professional, and personable demeanor.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with salon software (Podium, Telus Business Connect, Mangomint).
- Previous experience in beauty or healthcare is an asset but not required.

**Duties**:

- Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and staff.
- Assist with retail sales, inventory, and stock management.
- Help maintain a clean, organized front desk and guest area.
- Process payments and manage client accounts.
- Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter.
