We are looking for a talented & experienced Supervisor to assist our busy daily restaurant operations. If you are interested in growing your career in one of Canada's top hospitality groups this is the role for you

As a Supervisor you have the opportunity to develop and help grow a team and be a brand ambassador in your community. You will work one on one with Guests while ensuring flawless execution. You are responsible to help drive sales for the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift
- Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
- Handle guest concerns and compliments Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
- Energetic and positive
- Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity
- Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset

**Key Requirements**
- Previous senior serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Hospitality driven towards guests and team members
- Previous Front of house Supervisor experience preferred
