Front Desk Agent Part Time

**Reporting to**: Front Office Manager (FOM)

Hampton Inn & Suites Ottawa West is looking for a part time/full time Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. If you would enjoy working in the best work environment in the city, have the ability to identify and resolve guest related concerns, and are adaptable to changing demands, this opportunity will allow you to grow and develop your skills
- **Guest Services**:

- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests upon arrival.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure the resolution of guest issues to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Oversee the check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory, availability, and guest preferences.

- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and analyze daily reports to track occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Manage cashiering functions, including handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard guest information and hotel assets.

- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
