**Position**:
**A snapshot of what you will be involved with**:

- ** **Review participant files and approve efficiency upgrades such as insulation and draft-proofing
- Process Delivery Agent invoices
- Work with Delivery Agents to track participant status
- Collect, analyze, and report on technical data to the Program Manager and Delivery Agents
- Create and edit various program reports, documents, and marketing material
- Troubleshoot Delivery Agent-specific issues and help them manage their workflow
- Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with Delivery Agents
- Provide feedback to the Program Manager on participant targets/names to send, general process improvement, and key program documents
- Organize and host, with program co-administrator, bi-annual HomeWarming Advisory Council meetings and prepare quarterly program updates for Council members
- Train other staff to review participant files and approve energy efficiency upgrades
- Lead special projects, as needed (e.g. data analytics, pilots, etc.)
- Oversee marketing activities and facilitate discussions between ENS & Clean/NSPI marketing teams
- Attend outreach events and meetings with other parties involved in low-income programs
- Perform all other duties as required.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and have
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team

**Experience & Education**:

- A community college or university diploma/certificate; or equivalent combination of education and experience

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Job shadows the Program Manager and Efficiency Specialist to learn about your job responsibilities, recent program targets and trends, and team goals.
- Job shadow other teammates to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
- Read program materials to get more familiar with HEA and our tools and processes.
- Start performing core duties.

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Perform core duties with limited support.
- Take on projects with support from your teammates.
- Establish a performance plan with your manager.
- Meet our Delivery Agents.
- Continue to learn more about HEA’s tools and processes

**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Perform core duties independently.
- Support teammates by working through customer and Delivery Partner questions and concerns.
- Establish a performance and development plan with your manager.
