Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and public service? Kawartha Conservation is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking **Director, Corporate Services** to lead a diverse portfolio of corporate functions that are essential to our mission to champion watershed health as the recognized leader in natural asset management.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will shape the future of our organization by overseeing Finance, Human Resources, IT, Records Management, Health & Safety, and Communications. **What You’ll Do**

**Lead with Vision**: Guide a multidisciplinary team, aligning departmental goals with our Strategic Plan and fostering a collaborative, outcome-driven culture.
- **Drive Operational Excellence**: Oversee financial planning, audits, and reporting under public sector accounting standards. Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- **Champion People and Culture**: Shape HR strategies, support employee development, and promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
- **Modernize Systems**: Advance digital transformation in records management and IT infrastructure to support organizational efficiency and innovation.
- **Amplify Our Voice**: Lead corporate communications and branding initiatives that enhance public awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- **Support Governance**: Provide strategic insights and reporting to the Board of Directors, and act as a signing authority on key administrative matters.
