We are actively seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a keen focus on meeting deadlines to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring a diverse array of employees. Experience working within tech, particularly within startup environments is vital, as is a thorough understanding of the fast-paced and competitive nature of the recruitment process. We are looking for a recruiter who thrives in this environment and is adept at staying on top of industry trends to identify and attract top talent.
Responsibilities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria and identify staffing needs
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Performing background and reference checks
- Execute recruiting strategy, promote employer brand, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Communicate regularly with P&C leaders to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organizational goals
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities & research trends or the staffing industry
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Qualifications.
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A background in tech recruiting across multiple departments
- Bachelors degree in human resources or similar relevant field is a benefit
- Strong business ethic background, with quick adaptability to organizational change
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a passion and drive for fostering internal and external relationships
- Exceptional sourcing and talent research skills
- A highly motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong analytical, conceptual, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
