Position Overview:Compugen is currently seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the recruitment team for our staffing division. In this role, you will leverage your talent acquisition experience to recruit candidates for IT positions, leading the end-to-end talent search process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of our clients, identifying specialized talent through networking, headhunting, and proactive sourcing approaches.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers to understand project requirements, desired skills, and profile expectations to ensure recruitment aligns with business needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs to onboarding new consultants, including selection, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of specialized candidates, developing relationships with independent consultants, IT experts, and key market talent.
- Assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills, ensuring that recruited profiles align with project expectations and contractual requirements.
- Optimize the recruitment and selection process by implementing tools and practices that enable fast and efficient hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Over 5 years experience in the full IT recruitment cycle, including sourcing strategy development, recruitment marketing, candidate selection, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Experience in direct sourcing and engaging talent using social media, online channels, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with candidates.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement creative candidate sourcing techniques, leveraging external networks and partnerships/associations.
- Professional experience and knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for recruitment.
