Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is looking to hire a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist in Vancouver to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for our entry-level positions and internship programs across our affiliates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with affiliate companies to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities to build a strong talent pipeline
- Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system and recruitment database
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and assessment criteria for early career roles
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in early career recruitment efforts
- Provide administrative support related to invoicing, data entry, and analytics for the recruitment team.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve the overall recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on early careers or campus recruiting
- Strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition and campus recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
