At Wildpack Beverage Inc., we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re growing at a substantial rate and need passionate recruiters to join the pack to help us grow We’re seeking a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to help us source, identify, interview, and hire brilliant new Pack members to continue to grow the success of Wildpack. This role is based out of our office in Vancouver, BC.
**Who You are**
You want to change people's lives and the trajectory of a company. You are a D&I advocate; someone who knows and loves the power of understanding a human's purpose and someone who lives for the experience great recruiters yearn to provide. Ideally, you’ll have a few years experience in talent acquisition, proficient in leverage technology (ATS or CRM) in your work, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
**About this Role**
**Responsibilities : What you do**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
**Qualifications: What you know**
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
