**Program Assistant** Scale Collaborative is seeking a Program Assistantto support the administration of our programs. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop your professional administration and program management skills in a meaningful role that supports Canada’s social impact eco-system. The Program Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to Scale’s programs, with a dedicated focus on the Thriving Non-Profitsprogram. **Compensation**: $24.50 - $26.75/hour **Date**: as soon as possible **Location**: Victoria, BC **Overall Job Description**: - Provide administrative support to Scale’s programs and the Director of Programs and Partnerships - Support overall program delivery strategy and project management objectives - Engage with program participants, coaches, and facilitators - Support delivery of online program sessions and webinars using Zoom - Correspond effectively with program participants, stakeholders, and partners - Administer program updates via WordPress, Google Drive, Thinkific, and marketing collateral - Maintain electronic filing systems, shared drives, folders, and files - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to advocate for the work of Scale and its partners - Support raising awareness of program opportunities and the Thriving Non-Profits Community - Assist with impact measurement, storytelling, and case studies - Assist the Scale team with other project-related tasks and programming as required **Engagement Tools**: - Google Workspace (Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides & Drive) - Thinkific learning management system - Zoom video conferencing - WordPress website content development - Content creation including newsletter and event description (Mailchimp & Eventbrite) - Adobe Acrobat Pro (creation and management of PDF documents and forms). **Qualities**: - Administrative and program delivery support experience is an asset - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work to tight deadlines, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Thrives in a fast-paced work environment - Brings a fun, positive, go-getter attitude to the work culture - Research & analytical skills an asset - Understanding of and passion for the impact sector is desirable - We recognize non-Canadian work experience as being just as valid as Canadian work experience - We are eager to learn and integrate Indigenous perspectives into the work of building an inclusive economy and resilient impact sector - We value work and life experience as much as educational background - We are eager to learn and integrate BIPOC and 2SLGTBQIA+ identifying perspectives into the work of building an inclusive economy - We believe in giving young people the opportunity to do impactful work that combines opportunity and responsibility - We understand that people’s lives are dynamic and that 9-5 does not work for everyone; we consider flexibility in terms of workplace and work hours By working with Scale Collaborative, you will: - Be part of an energized, passionate team - Be outcomes-oriented with a flexible work schedule - Receive extended health and dental benefits - Receive three weeks’ holidays with an additional paid holiday during the annual year-end shutdown - Be supported to develop professionally - Benefit from Community Membershipat theDock Centre for Social Impact, an impact coworking space in Victoria, BC: Community Membership includes access to a range of perks including discounts opportunities at various local vendors, free coffee, tea, Salad Bar Wednesdays, and more **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 15-20 per week **Salary**: $24.50-$26.75 per hour Schedule: - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: Application question(s): - What is your level of experience using the features of the Zoom videoconferencing platform to deliver online webinar and meeting content?
