**Job Description**:

- Assist with instruction, supervise, and assist students as required.
- Prepares and maintains classroom materials for instructors and students.
- Produces instructional materials in alternate formats as needed.
- Tutors or assists in tutorials for small groups of learners.
- Photocopies, scans, edits, and modifies documents.
- Maintains and tracks inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Maintains a list or database of instructional resources.
- Performs clerical and admin work as required.
- Report on any successes/needs/concerns to the Job Coach Team or Employment Manager.
- Support facilitators and instructors in classroom settings.
- Assist with supported job searching, resume building, and employment coaching.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Human Services or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience
- Experience working with vulnerable populations including those with mental health, addictions, and developmental disabilities is an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, dispute resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and strong administrative skills
- Criminal Record Check
- Emergency First Aid is an asset however we will provide training
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
