We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for working with all phases of production in overseeing the concept to completion for print and digital media such as marketing materials, flyers, banners, digital animations, etc. Specifically, you will be responsible for working with the client and internal production to provide project management and production support.

- Responsible for overseeing & guiding the production of marketing materials and other artwork from receipt of a new project to successful delivery of quality product.
- Working directly with the client, agencies, third-party vendors and internal production teams to provide project management and production support.
- Provisioning aid to co-workers in developing and documenting a common understanding of account-specific client processes and workflow.
- Preparing all documents for internal production team in a timely manner (includes but not limited to new job dockets, proofs with client changes, image updates etc.).
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships among co-workers, agencies, third-party vendors and client(s), and ensure that established account objectives are met.
- Ensuring the client due diligence and the provision of overall excellence in available and required services including account activity, process co-ordination and timely response to inquiry.
- Provisioning departmental backup support for account specific internal customer service needs as required.

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design communication or related industry (or work experience equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of creative design an asset
- Results and detail-oriented
