$65,000–$85,000 a year – Permanent, Full-timeWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of various construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will help develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage scheduling and documentation, track progress, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of construction project workflows.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in preparing detailed project action plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgetsBreak down projects into manageable phases and assign tasks to internal teamsCoordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, and servicesTrack project milestones and deliverables; escalate issues as neededClient & Team CoordinationLiaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectivesEnsure evolving client needs are met through proactive communicationAct as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholdersWork with the Project Manager to resolve project blockers or delaysDocumentation & ReportingCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, contracts, schedules, and reportsMonitor working hours, project expenditures, and budgets using project management toolsPrepare and issue legal documents such as contracts and terms of agreementConduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure standards are metAnalyze project risks and opportunities, providing timely updates to the Project ManagerSupport quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phasesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and client expectationsQualifications:Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field2–5 years as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction or engineeringExperience in project scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating from start to finishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (required)Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking skillsStrong verbal and written communication with clients and internal teamsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaborativelyPay$65,000.00-$85,000.00 per yearEducationPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldExperienceproject coordination: 2 years (required)project scheduling: 2 years (required)Budgeting: 2 years (required)Project planning: 2 years (required)Construction: 2 years (required)ICI construction: 2 years (required)BenefitsCompany eventsDental careDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingPaid time offProfit sharingSchedule8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWe’re committed to making a difference and want you to be a part of it #J-18808-Ljbffr
