Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**About the Job**
**Responsibilities**
Given the size of our office, the position will involve many functions over many roles; however your primary responsibilities will consist of bookkeeping and administrative functions including:
- Full-cylce accounting and data entry from client records (physical and digital)
- Payroll calculations and support, including generating pay stubs, T4 filings, WCB returns, etc
- Printing various documents including client packages, cheques, etc
- Respond to various client requests to provide information and reports, and coordinate between our clients and other staff in the office to facilitate solutions
- Various administrative tasks such as answering phones, retrieving mail, welcoming clients to the office, coordinating deliveries
**Skills**:
- Accounting diploma, technical training or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in clerical or public accounting roles is a plus
**Additional Information**:
- Our office is completely paperless (excepting client records)
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with education and experience
- Benefits will start after probationary period (3 months)
- Notwithstanding our technology-centred approach, our principal goal is to deliver an excellent client experience and your ability to provide this is considered above all else
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
