- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing tasks.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and report generation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency within the office.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow processes and improve overall office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a dental office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to proofread documents with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support.
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Flexible language requirement:
