**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Maintain electronic filing system for documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Oversee general office functions including supply management, equipment maintenance, and front desk operations.
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Proficiency in word and excel required.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

**Experience**
Prior office experience in an administrative role or group insurance experience would be an asset for this position but not required. Familiarity with phone systems as well as word and excel is required. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for success in this position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
