Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Assist with cash handling and cashiering duties
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Conduct sales transactions and assist with sales management
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred
- Experience working as a clerk or cashier in a retail setting
- Leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience handling payroll duties
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it can help communicate with diverse customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and paperwork efficiently
