**Position Overview**

As the **Assistant Manager**, you will play a key role in **driving membership growth, supporting club operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for our members**. You’ll assist the Club Manager in leading the team, promote the club in the local community, and help create a welcoming, results-driven atmosphere.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys a mix of **sales, marketing, and leadership responsibilities**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Sell Memberships** - Use our **proven system** to inspire potential members to start their fitness journey.
- **Marketing & Community Outreach** - Promote the club through **social media, community events, and creative marketing strategies**.
- **Lead & Motivate Your Team** - Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to trainers and staff to create an inspiring gym environment.
- **Enhance Member Experience** - Ensure top-notch **customer service, cleanliness, and club maintenance** to keep members engaged and happy.
- **Drive Business Success** - Manage financials, **track performance metrics**, and implement strategies to increase revenue and retention.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- **Compensation**: Base Salary + Performance Bonus
- **Location**: Surrey, BC (_Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work_)
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- **Experience**: Management experience preferred
- **Language**: English (required)
- **License/Certification**: Valid driver’s license (required)
- **Shift Availability**: Day shift preferred
